New Delhi, 4th April 2026: In a landmark development for India’s real estate sector, the NAREDCO NextGen NCR Chapter was officially launched at the NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen Excelerate 2026 held at Trident, Nariman Point. The initiative marks a significant step toward integrating young professionals from the National Capital Region (NCR) into a unified national platform, fostering collaboration and sustainable urban development.
Young Developers Unite for a Shared Vision of Sustainable Urban Growth
The launch brought together emerging developers, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals from across NCR—including Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurugram, Bhiwadi, and Meerut—alongside policymakers and industry experts.
Key discussions centered around urban development, finance, sustainability, innovation, and policy frameworks, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adopting global best practices.
Leadership Emphasizes the Need to Nurture Future Industry Voices
Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman, NAREDCO, highlighted the importance of empowering young leaders, stating that the formation of the NCR Chapter reinforces the organization’s commitment to building future-ready leadership. He emphasized that as urbanisation accelerates, enabling young professionals to contribute to policy, innovation, and responsible development is critical.
Adding to this, Mr. Parveen Jain, President, NAREDCO, noted that NCR remains one of India’s most dynamic real estate markets. He stated that the new chapter will enable structured participation of young leaders, strengthening industry dialogue and supporting more aligned, forward-looking growth.
