Jhajjar Haryana, 11th September, 2026: HCBS Group, one of NCR’s leading luxury real estate developers, has announced that construction at HCBS Glenwood, its residential plotted development in Sector 29, Jhajjar, is progressing well and remains on schedule. Several works across the site have reached advanced stages, with boundary, road preparation and infrastructure works progressing concurrently.
Work on the boundary wall is nearing completion, while the railing along the front boundary has been fully completed. Earth filling for the internal roads is also nearing completion. The structure and brickwork of the front gate have been completed, taking the development’s external works further towards completion.
Work on the core infrastructure is progressing simultaneously. The sewer line, water supply line and stormwater drainage network are under development, along with the sewage treatment plant (STP) and underground water tank (UGT). Based on the current pace of progress, the company expects the overall site development to be completed within the next 6-7 months.

Spread across 7.5 acres in Sector 29, Jhajjar, HCBS Glenwood is planned as a residential plotted development with 9m and 10m wide internal roads, landscaped open spaces and a clubhouse with a swimming pool and wellness facilities. The development is part of HCBS’s effort to bring an exclusive living experience to emerging markets beyond the major NCR cities, with Jhajjar representing the growing potential of Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations.
HCBS Glenwood is close to NH-352 Rohtak-Rewari Highway and fronts the proposed 75m-wide Jhajjar-Badli road. The development is also located near IIT Delhi’s Jhajjar campus, Reliance MET City and AIIMS Jhajjar, including the National Cancer Institute at Badsa.
