The professional-first haircare and colour brand introduced BIOMEND and BLONDIE at an intimate sundowner attended by celebrities, hairstylists, beauty voices and tastemakers
Mumbai, 31 August 2026: Goodhairr Co., a new homegrown professional haircare and colour brand, marked its Mumbai debut with “Good Hairr, Golden Hour,” a sundowner soirée presented in association with ELLE India at Olive, Bandra.
The evening brought together celebrities like Krystle Dsouza, Ritwik Dhanjani, Sahil Salatia, Anjali Anand, alongside leading hairstylists, beauty KOLs, influencers, tastemakers and members of the media to experience the science, performance and professional purpose behind the brand.
Set against Mumbai’s golden hour, the event unfolded through immersive brand touchpoints rather than a conventional product presentation. Guests explored BIOMEND and BLONDIE through dedicated installations, a Polaroid experience at the serum display and a 3D wall presenting the formulations, innovations and key product claims.
Founder and CEO Gauurav Jain led guests through the story and science behind Goodhairr Co., followed by a special brand toast with ELLE India welcoming the brand into the professional haircare space. A signature cocktail, candid conversations and personalised product interactions carried the evening from the formal reveal into an intimate sundowner celebration.
Goodhairr Co. was created around a clear observation: while Indian salons operate at global standards, the benchmarks for premium professional performance continue to be defined predominantly by international brands.
The brand stems from a formulation legacy that began nearly seven decades ago, when Gauurav’s father created his first formulation at the age of 16. This evolved into more than 50 years of experience across personal care and beauty formulations.
Five years ago, Gauurav expanded this expertise into the professional salon industry, laying the foundation for a homegrown brand built specifically for salons, stylists and people who take hair seriously.
